British Airways App Redesign — An Optimised Interface for a Seamless Travel Experience and More Efficient Navigation.

A Redesigned Interface to Provide Travellers with Clear, Intuitive, and Up‑to‑Date Information.

Information
The British Airways app has a cluttered interface that affects the readability of key information and diminishes the navigation experience. This redesign aims to transform the user interface, providing a more streamlined and intuitive user experience.
The homepage has been redesigned with a minimalist approach to enhance aesthetic appeal and improve functional clarity by reducing unnecessary elements. A streamlined notification system has been introduced to provide travellers with real‑time updates on their flight status. The menu has also been restructured to ensure a more logical and accessible interface, simplifying navigation across the app's features.
Particular attention has been given to the flight selection process, ensuring that essential travel details, such as departure and arrival times, as well as layover information, are presented clearly and intuitively. This improvement in data presentation significantly enhances usability, making the app more intuitive, efficient, and user‑friendly.
