British Airways App Redesign — Improving user interface for optimised travel experience and efficient navigation.

Transforming the interface to provide clear, intuitive, and timely information for travellers.

Information
Challenge The British Airways app suffers from a cluttered interface that hinders the readability of key information and diminishes the navigation experience. This redesign aims to transform the user interface to deliver a more streamlined and intuitive user experience.
Solution The homepage was redesigned with a minimalist approach to enhance aesthetic appeal and improve functional clarity by reducing clutter. A streamlined notification system was introduced to provide travellers with real–time updates on their flight status. The menu was also redesigned to create a more logical and accessible interface, simplifying navigation for the app features.
Careful attention was given to the flight selection process to make sure that important travel details such as departure and arrival times, as well as layover information, are clearly presented. This focus on improving data presentation significantly enhances usability, making the app more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
